Terms of use

Who we are

Dividend Desk is operated by SIA FOXFROST, a company registered in Latvia.

Education only

Dividend Desk calculators and models are for education and illustration. Results depend entirely on the numbers and assumptions you enter. Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

No guarantee

We work hard to keep formulas and data accurate, but we can’t guarantee the site is error-free. Check important results independently before relying on them.

Paid plans

Subscriptions are sold by SIA FOXFROST and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices include VAT where it applies. You can cancel anytime from the Your plan page and keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Each subscription is for one person and works on up to 3 devices at a time. Sharing your key with others isn’t allowed.

Right of withdrawal

[Have your accountant or lawyer confirm this section.] If you’re a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Because paid plans give you immediate access to digital content, by subscribing you ask us to start right away and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once access begins.

Acceptable use

Don’t scrape, resell or copy the site or its models, or try to break its security.
